Graduated from HEC, Catherine Montrade-Pierotti first worked for 7 years at Cofremca, now Sociovision – prospective qualitative studies – as Director of Studies. She then led international marketing research and strategic planning teams for 18 years at Cadbury-Schweppes, then SCJ-homecare products, and finally Coty – fragrances and cosmetics.
She facilitates creativity seminars to help teams of executives solve problems or identify strategic action drivers: Le Petit Marseillais, Coty, BNP, Sup de Ventes group of schools.
In 2010, she decided to apply her experience in studies and marketing and communication consulting independently for both private and public organizations. She then created CMP INSIGHTS.
She accompanies SMEs from various sectors, Lollipops (fashion), Interconstruction (real estate promotion), in strategic thinking and then in defining their marketing and communication plans.
She conducts qualitative studies in France and around the world.
She intervenes in the same way for public organizations: Youth action plans for Intercos and Development plans for Universities/Schools, Caisses des Dépôts et Consignations.
